T Terry New member Jun 9, 2012 #1 Angel Flight sent me a Pilot Information form and I am filling it out and mailing it Monday. I will be fully retired August 1, 2012 and thought I would like to do this. I was just curious who else does this? Also, how did they get my name? Terry
