Boeing 737 - Medford OR - 15 Mar 24

Boy do I wish I had shorted their stock!

Why would you short their stock? I am sure the federal government will bail them out. They just need a little "breathing room" to compete with the big baddies at Airbus. Plus, Boeing's Defense, Space and Security divisions are the real money makers, not commercial aircraft sales. Boeing is in the commercial airliner business about as much as the big three airlines in the US are in the business of transporting passengers.

Because people will panic on this sort of bad news, despite the fact they will likely be bailed out.
