This airstrip is in a side canyon on the north side of the Grand Canyon. It services the ranch and is also known as Whitmore International Airport 
. I consider this the most challenging paved public use airport in Arizona. One way in and one way out with a bend in the middle.
Rising terrain to the north makes this one way in and one way out. Not a go-around I would want to attempt.
