Ground Instructor Examiner (GIE) in Phoenix area?

So I had an appointment to get my AGI certificate, having completed the written tests, at the Scottsdale FSDO, but this is now closed during the shutdown.

I understand an examiner with GIE authority can also approve my IACRA for this. Does anyone know of someone in the Phoenix metro area?

I checked on the FAA website, but it does not specifically list GIE as a search criterion.
