Likelihood of ice in Arkansas mid-February up to 12,500

Question for people who may be familiar with Arkansas winter flying weather.

How likely is there to be icing during daylights hours flying from the west to Little Rock in mid-February? This would be for altitudes up to 12,500'. A rough guess is helpful.
