Does anyone know of a list of VORs in the US and their lat/long coordinates? I can find the list of all the VORs and their identifiers, but nothing with coordinates.

My understanding is that arcgis.com is the authoritative source. Try here:

adds-faa.opendata.arcgis.com

Then on the left-hand side click on "Download". When I downloaded the CSV format it was clear that the first two columns were longitude and latitude, respectively.
