The perfect pilot will be instrument and commercial rated with 1,000+ hours of flight time. Not sure why she uses the wings-of-hope.biz domain instead of the wings-of-hope.org site; both sites appear to belong to the same long time organization:

They are the same organization that has the Wings of Hope raffle for a Cessna 172:

I notice that Annie's email also appears in that latter web site.

The next best thing to volunteering as a pilot would probably be to make a financial donation if one has any yen to assist.
