Private airports & the FAA

I'm working with the backcountry group in Colorado to identify the private airstrips. Many are listed on charts, e.g. CO02 or 74CO. I have that list, but what I'm looking for now are the backcountry strips that aren't registered with the FAA.

Any suggestions where to start hunting?

I think this is the site I had seen a few years ago listing abandoned and little known airfields, but I don't know that it will help much since it isn't a hard site to find and probably too many dated entries, but just in case:
