Spring is here. I need to mount a cup holder on my lawn tractor

So, I got a nice lawn tractor, that I like a lot and does a pretty nice job. I just replaced the batt, and the deck belt, and did a tune up. Really snappy running.

But, I need to have my beer handy without keeping it literally, in hand. So, I need to mount a cup holder. Darn Craftsman, put the cupholder built in 2 years after my model. Thinking about drilling a hole in the rear fender, and getting the insert. Maybe I'lll just do a stand off type.

Don't drink alcohol and mow.

I have a cup holder on my riding mower, but it gets enough clippings and dust in it during mowing that I have never considered placing anything in it that didn't have a cap.

On a more sober note, about every summer it seems we have an average of one father in the county managing to back over one of his kids while mowing, with tragic loss of limbs or a young life.
