My dad and I went to go wash my plane today and afterwards decided to get it dirty again and fly to Brenham for lunch. We got out there and hadn't been sitting down for 5 minutes when I saw an airplane that looked really familiar. I said "That's Jay Honecks airplane!" I ran out to greet them - it's always great to see the Honeck clan.
We had a nice lunch, my dad is usually pretty shy but the topic of RV airplanes came up and he started chatting. (My dad really likes RV 7 and 8As, and wants to buy one when he retires) After lunch I wanted to show Jay, Mary, and Becca the Mooney so we went out to take a look at it. Here's a picture to prove it happened

Always a treat to see you and your family Jay - they say you can judge a person by his friends and I reckon I have some of the best friends around.
