    It really depends... sorry. I know that violates the intention of the poll. In general, I prefer low wing. But I would absolutely go for high wing for landing in the bush or for float planes...

    I believe that there is a difference between "cause a stall" and "can lead to a stall" I believe that "cause a stall" means that it is a direct cause. and I believe that people are confusing attitude with AOA.

    are not aerodynamic stalls a function of angle of attack and airspeed? so why would you think that an engine failure at any time would be the cause of a stall? (it might eventually lead to a stall if the pilot screws the pooch)

    one approach to safety is to prevent a hazard from happening another approach to safety is to reduce the consequence(s) if a hazard occurs. both approaches are quite valid.

    caveat: I have no artistic talents or skills. Having said that, the blue sky graphic provides a nice contrast to the rest of the page.
