A piece of the Gimli Glider

So my wife bought me for Christmas a coaster made from a piece of the fuselage of the Gimli Glider. Fun.

That seems like something you need a range of different aircraft for. Then you need to develop a cocktail that goes on each coaster. I'm thinking Gimli Glider Gimlet right now—crisp, no-fuel efficiency. Maybe a Match Hai for JAL Flight 813's engine blowout survival? Or level up with an Heathrow Ice for BA 38 or a Toronto Overrun for AF 358. I assume the Heathrow Ice would be some kind of frozen gin sour variant: gin, fresh lemon juice while the Toronto Overrun run could mix France and Canada with equal parts Calvados and Canadian rye whiskey, sweetened with maple syrup, a dash of bitters, and a float of ginger beer or club soda for the "slide" fizz. Shake the base with ice, strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, top with the fizz. Garnish with an apple slice (French roots) and a maple leaf if you're feeling extra thematic. It's warming, a bit spicy, and dangerously drinkable—like surviving the overrun and toasting the miracle.
