Not truly a place you can land, but an interesting historical spot to fly over. My wife says this is not interesting enough to her to drive the required two hours one way. But it is quick flight from KCHD in the Debonair.

This is the site of a hot springs which was known to the native americans in the area and then became a hotel in the late 19th and early 20th century for people to bath in the hot springs. It is near the old Butterfield Overland stage route. Many of the early pioneers like Woolsey came up through this way.

This is the old hotel itself. The springs dried up as the farm fields one can see nearby were irrigated.
