Examples of teardrop procedure turns in the mountain west

I am looking for examples of instrument approaches in the mountain west which have a teardrop procedure turn.

So no hold and no barb, instead the diagonal line and an arc.

Anyone know of some?

I am thinking these will not be on RNAV approaches, since those often have all sorts of curvy approaches to the FAF defined by waypoints.

I think I found one. Gallup KGUP Loc Rwy 6 in the SW1 PTT.

I don't think there are any others in SW1 (Colorado and NM) after a quick scan.
