Is anyone actually flying with one? Was wondering what gps receiver you'd recommend. Thanks for any advice.
I bought a 32GB wifi-only iPad last week, a Bluetooth XGPS150, and WingX. I've been too busy to fly with them yet (maybe this weekend) but on the ground it looks to be great combination. The GPS fits nicely into a supplied cradle that has a nice big sticky rubber mat that I suspect will keep it in one place on the dash (rented 172.) I bought it under the impression it did not support WAAS. However on the company's forum it is claimed that it supports WAAS. (http://xgps150.dualav.com) If so, so much better.

I much prefer the idea of a separate GPS unit that I can place where it has a chance to maintain good reception.
