I requested my record for grins from these guys http://www.mib.com/ and came up with nothing?

Any ideas what other companies collect insurance billing data?

MIB = Men In Black - they have their own website? Isn't that like having a neon sign out front saying "Top Secret Headquarters"?

(Actually I've been involved for years in network management protocols and MIB always meant "Management Information Base." Paired with the SNMP protocol.)

The only thing in my record was a note of an inquiry from a life insurance company requesting my record.

Just got a letter today in response to my request of the men in black - they have nothing at all on me under my given name and birth date.
