Landing with a bit of a tailwind though. 6 kts is just on the cusp of where the locals would usually say to land the other direction downhill into the wind. Admittedly it was less of a tailwind component but was also increasing at the time. Sounds like he lost control on the ground.

Running off to the right would be consistent with a gust from 150. Additionally the approach to Rwy 3 tends to have a bit of gurgling turbulence on short final that can throw people.
