ok, thats ridiculous. Can someone tell me how to resize that just a little?

Do a google search that includes the name of the operating system (e.g. windows 7) or computer model (e.g. ipad) and the keywords "picture resizing". You should get pointers to relevant utilities. For example, a picture resizer tool is a simple right-click on the picture file on Windows XP.
