There are a bunch of much cheaper alternatives; here's one that costs $22.70 and is small enough that it is marketed for use in radio control aircraft: http://www.nitroplanes.com/sm18gfpvmivi.html Also, this guy has been recording many of his student pilot lessons on a keychain camera that cost under $20 (this is his solo): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eoAkiLqOFDg I suppose if you must have super high quality and willing to pay for it....
