Thoughts on the CGR-30

I am thinking of adding an engine monitor to my 1969 Cardinal to replace it's single EGT on cylinder 3.

Can people comment on the pluses and minuses of the EI CGR-30 ?

I like it because it is LCD but fits in a round panel cutout I presently have near the center.
