Agree! And let little kids have a sense of actually getting onto an airplane so maybe more of them will want to become pilots. With jet bridges you might as well be stepping into A Star Trek transporter. Step from a building into a small space, get literally strapped down, get tilted around a slight bit, then step out directly into a building at another location. No sense of being in a magnificent machine zooming along relative to earth, especially if you don’t have a window seat. Far better to see the whole plane outside and up close as you climb aboard.
