Sleep overnight in small GA airports pilot lounge?

A lot of small airports have unoccupied pilots lounges. Is it ok to sleep overnight in them?

I'm not sure if this is understood as a no-no, or if people sleep overnight in them when possible?

Planning a month long trip as we economical as possible and want to know if this is even an option.

In my Cardinal, I can pull the front seats out and sleep in the plane. Actually fairly cozy. On long cross-countries I usually carry a sleeping bag and pad. I think of it as all part of the adventure.

But then I did a lot of backpacking and slept out on a ground sheet.
