Special Issuance of a Medical

Hello

How can anybody overturn a special issuance of a medical that goes on and on for year after year?
Complied with all of FAA requirements for years and doctor report has been in my favor for all of these years, but FAA still doesn't let me off of this special issuance.

Even my AME and other doctor are agree that this is waste of time and money.

what are my options?

There has to be a way to challenge FAA and tell them, enough is enough, I have been doing everything you asked for it for the past six years. what else do you want?

The attorneys here can likely comment more exactly. But my suspicion is you would have to have them deny you and then bring an administrative case appealing the denial. I don’t think there is any way to challenge them before they take the action.

This is the nature of the regulatory state.
